This is the weekend that dad teaches timber frame class to new students in Manchester, CT, and we hear that a lot of the new students are women! COOL!
So Friday night mom and dad and Uncle Frank and Uncle Bill went down to New Haven to have pizza at Pepe's!
No, we weren't invited but guess what we had for lunch?Mom told us that dad ordered 3 pizzas for 4 hoomans! How can 4 hoomans eat 3 whole pizzas?
Guess how many pieces of pizza they came home with?
TWO!
Are these piggie hoomans, or what?!
The pieces they brought home were both shrimp, bacon and spinach with lots of garlic!
Pizza is NOT on my kidney diet list of acceptable foods but mom sorta bent the rules and Mitch and I both got a piece of bacon! And mom shared a crust with Mitch and I got another small piece of bacon!
Mom missed the shot because as I said, it was a small piece!
It's down the hatch already! We need to make sure there are no crumbs left before mom tosses the box!Monday is dad's tour of barns day, which means DUNKIN DONUTS!
Mitch and I have our paws crossed that these women are all on diets and leave us LOTS of delicious donuts!
We'll let you know!
So until next time................
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Woohoo for pizza bones! It's about time some women learned to do timber framing! Good luck on your quest for donuts!

Pee S - my old cat Odin is on Calcitriol for his kidneys and is feeling a lot better. Wondering if your vet has told you about it.
They use it in dogs too because the parathryroid goes all wonky with CRF.
Pizza huh? i don't really much care for the stuff. Now, bacon, i do like that.
ReplyDeleteWow only 2 pieces left. Now what is up with that?

Phantom says he remembers Manchester well, he was born there in a real ramshackle of a house. Mom was so glad to scoop him up and get out of there fast. Is that class taught at the technical school near I-84? Our human brother and sisters went to East Catholic High School right next door to it.
ReplyDeleteDunkin Donuts - yummers - we just got our first DD near us a few months ago.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
