Hi everyone! It's me, Autumn! We've had rainy dreary weather for the past few days but his Lady's Mantle sure does look happy! Mom and I love how the raindrops bead up on her leaves! This is a euphorbia. A clump of it was given to mom a long time ago and its been spreading all by itself. It bleeds a milky white sap if you break the stem. The bleeding heart is in bloom and so is the ajuga!
Mom cartoonized me and the ajuga! I'm thinking she's way past any kind of help at this point! The sweet woodruff is in bloom. They use this plant in the making of May wine!We took a trip up to the second floor of our house and hung out the window to get this next shot. Pay no attention to the round brown spots in the lawn! We know how those got there, don't we *wink wink*
Pretty soon the whole garden will be alive with flowers! I can't wait!
See you all next Wednesday!
Love,
Autumn

I'm looking forward to seeing your garden all in bloom, too. Since my helpers trample my flowers, I'm not planting many this year.
ReplyDeleteAutumn,
ReplyDeleteYou always have such beautiful flowers - Mom is slightly envious.
Please stop by our blog and meet Merry Ann - we know she'd love to meet you.

Now there you go, cartoonized as well! ;)
You have a beautiful garden, but it could use a few well place holes. I'm excellent in determining where to dig such holes!
ReplyDeleteHey Autumn,
ReplyDeleteIt's spring time, not autumn. April showers bring May flowers; or so we've been told.

Love this time of the year. My gardens are also growing as I type. My honeysuckles are huge this year. Makes you what to go grab a cup of coffee and go relax out in the garden with a good book.
