An Update and a Forever Book

Things are going along very well at Crumpie's.   The bathrooms are sheet rocked and taped and the next plan is for them to be painted.
The windows are in and the cupola is all clapboarded and we actually got the primer on it so it's all white now.  Mom forgot to bring the camera today so the white cupola picture will have to wait until next time.

Mom has a project going on at blog to print.com
We're making books so that we can have the lives of Maggie and Mitch together forever.   You can only publish 1500 photos in one book and seeing as we have been blogging for over 5 years, we need more than 1 book.  Believe it or not, we have over 7,000 photos so we're working on yearly volumes.
The first volume arrived a few days ago.

Hey, that's my MangoMinster entry for 2012!  That was sure fun!
We started with 2012 and we're going backwards.   The next volume has been published and it's on its way and we can't wait to see it!  So that's the latest news here!

So until next time...........

Love ya lots,
Mitch

  1. What a wonderful idea. I've wanted to blog to print and have been stymied by the volume of stuff that I have accumulated over the years, but so worth it, right?

  26. We just know that cupola will be awesome.

Making those memory books is such a great idea. The human brother and sisters have gotten our Mom and Dad a few about the grandkids. But we think it is about time to chronicle our blog too. Makes a lot of sense to work backwards. Off to talk to Mom about this.

what a fantastic idea to turn your blog into a book! And actually, having it divided by years is quite good because you can see how things have changed and it's a nice summary of each year. We must remember that link so that we can do the same thing some time!
