Madi's Italian Sausage Soup

A couple of days ago, mom and I made Madi's Italian sausage soup!
Yes, please.  I love spinach!
We changed it up a wee bit by leaving the sausage more chunky than Madi did and adding a can of chickpeas and leaving out the pasta.  If we would have shared the soup with company, we would have definitely added the pasta.      It smells sooooooo yummy and it's so pretty and colorful!
I didn't get to try any soup because mom said that it had quite the spicy kick to it but I did get a cracker.   Mom said that it was soooo yummy and this will become one of her favorite soups to make!
In the afternoon, LandLadyLinda came for a visit and brought us Christmas pressies!
Mom told me to go ahead and open it and Linda helped me☺
She gave me a squeaky hedgehog that I haven't yet put down and she gave mom a beautiful warm throw for the cold winter nights.     Miss Linda is such a nice lady and we're sad that she won't be our land lady any more.
Mom says that if I don't stop opening pressies early, I'm not going to have much to open on Christmas morning!

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  11. Mom wants to try that soup too, maybe when our company is here for Christmas. A big pot of tasty soup would be great for the gang and a lot easier on Mom:)

That throw is so pretty - love the color. We hope your new landlady/lord will be just as nice or even nicer.
