This picture was taken on November 1st. We love the Red Maple tree!
This picture was taken on a gloomy November 2nd. Our temps today are actually warm and humid and the breezes are blowing so if we didn't get this pic today; we might never have had the chance again.
I have a red carpet in my front yard!
We found a mushroom family~
And we found wild asters still in bloom~
And we found brightly colored mums~
And a bursted milkpod~
And Landlord Bob's duckies are preening and sleeping before their morning swim~
Happy Friday, everybuddy☺
Love ya lots♥
Molly

ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Wow, look at those fall colors! We don't have colors like that here where we live in California!"
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "No, we mostly just have brown."
Charlee: "We saw over at Dennis's friend Pacific Paratrooper that they used to fill life preservers with the fluff from milkweed pods. Who knew?"
Chaplin: "Not us! We would think the fluff was mostly useful for staring at while it blows around in the wind."
Charlee: "Yes, wind is something we do have here!"
The leaves are just amazing and I just love the deep red ones. And the Milk Pod is beautiful. Love the duckies. Hugs, Susie & Treacle xx
