You all know that mom loves the cooking shows. She discovered
Ellie Krieger's Real Good Food and she loves it because Miss Ellie cooks healthy foodables.
On one of the episodes, Miss Ellie made this
Parmesan-crusted Chicken Breast and mom couldn't get over how fast and simple it was to make and she didn't need to run out for any ingredients. We all have them in our frig!
Mom found turkey breasts and they were quite a bit larger than what Miss Ellie used in her recipe so she knew that they had to cook longer before they were done through and through.
Are you saving that last piece of turkey on your plate for me?
