Guess what we discovered was happening in our back yard. The Day lilies are in bloom!
I am standing in the shade of the apple tree taking a breather and guess what?
There are apples on the tree! They are not healthy looking and we have seen woodchucks under this tree and they're probably snacking on MY apples!
And we also discovered that the Chinese Lanterns are in bloom and there are green lanterns already~ Mom can't wait until they turn orange!
Happy Monday, everybuddy☺
Love ya lots♥

You sure found lots of interesting things in your yard Molly. We have apple trees around our house but none inside the fence. The deer like to eat the small apples too.

Your day lily is beautiful. I'd love an apple tree. Can you do something to help your apples become more healthy? Asking in case my daughter has a similar problem with her apple tree. It's her first year to tend to it.

ReplyDeleteIt will probably be a few more weeks before our day lilies bloom. We have a few very small pears on Joey dog's pear tree. I hope they don't get eaten up by the Evil Squirrel Cartel!
