Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~

The town of Northford is maintaining their streets, which is a good thing but it's cramping our walkies style!     I'm sitting on the town line. Can you see the difference?  Mom refuses to walk me on all of these sharp stones.  She says it's no good for my paws.
Please come and sweep up your loose stones soon!
 We saw a bunny!
 The Phlox is in bloom~
We spotted this Balloon flower that had jumped out of the garden and was blooming on the side of the road~
Remember the pretty purple money plant that we posted earlier in the year?   The purple flowers have turned into money!
We found this on the ground not attached to it's Dandy greenery.  Someone must have picked it and made their wish?   I'm making mine too!
The Asiatic Dayflower is in bloom at the end of our driveway!
Happy Friday, everybody!
Love ya lots♥
Molly

What you call 'money plant' is called 'honesty' over here - it makes a wonderful dried decoration! That little Asiatic dayflower is gorgeous! YAM xx

  3. I used to love money plants. They dry so great.

Molly, your mom is right about those stones hurting your paws. She's really good to you, you know.

  4. Happy Friday to you and your Mom from us in Tennessee. Flowers are way different here from where you are. They are even different from home in VA! Heading home tomorrow!

  5. BUNNY! Is yours always late for very important dates too? Momma says that's why they always have to run away just as I come up to say hello.

  6. In WNY there are only two seasons: winter, and roadwork! I can smell the tar in the air today. Ghostwriter says they're repaving a few blocks away.

Oh, and loved seeing your flowers!

  7. Molly do we need to form a posse to help your get your point across about the lose stones being a nuisance and danger to Molly paws. I don't think I've ever seen a speed limit sign with 'loose stones'warning.

Your street is surely all a bloom and makes for a very colorful walk

  8. You found lots of pretty flowers around you. Too bad the road is full of stones so you can't walk on it. They do that around here too.

  9. Happy Nature Friday!! Good thing that you are careful with those sharp stones around. Love seeing the bunny photo. Now, are you going to make a wish? What could it be? Thanks for the share. Have a wonderful weekend.

  10. Thanks for letting me go on your nature walk, Molly. I always enjoy being with you and seeing all the great things you have to pee on.

Have a fabulous day and weekend, Molly. My best to your mom. ♥

  12. Our council periodically comes around to vandalise our roads with sharp gravel and tar. Very annoying. But looks like you could take a grassy detour.

  13. They do that gravel-y road thing here too, and we can never understand what they are thinking. It hurts our paws, and the kids can get cut when they fall of their bikes. But here they say it is the most cost effective way to do it.

Beautiful flowers, and that money plant is fun.

  14. Before Bailie and I were born, Mom says they did that same thing to the entire neighborhood. She was so mad. The stones get into shoes and paws, and everyone has wood floors that got super scratched. No fun.

  15. oooo we hated when they resurfaced our streets, lots of nasty stones. You're looking very stylish Molly!

  19. Oh, they used to do that here too! Butts we have sidewalks here to walk on, so they didn't cramp our walkies ~ I thinks the town needs to be a little more considerate to the puppers! gesh! Anyhu, that Dayflower is FABulous!!!! it's so purty! And, of course the AireGurl is the prettiest of them all....
