We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~~
Earlier in the week (when it wasn't so un-doGly hot) we walked and found a beautiful red Daylily in bloom!
The Goldenrod is flowering~The Phlox is coming into bloom~
We aren't seeing as many Queen Anne's Lace flowers this summer but we did find this patch right next to Farmer Will's squash~
This lady has the most gorgeous gardens. Mom wants to transport her gardens to our yard☺
Time to play ball with me, mom - pretty please!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥
Molly

Yes, yes: I, too, would want to "transport her garden!". It brings to mind the multi color multi flowering English cottage gardens that are breathtaking...
ReplyDeleteyour flowers are super! we always love da phlox, the mama said it is the best childhood memory...
ReplyDeleteReally pretty flowers. Mom sees gardens she loves on our walks sometimes too, but since she isn't into gardening, we will just enjoy the couple pots of flowers we have every year. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteMolly, I totally know how you feel. Yes the flowers are very pretty but nothing beats a game of ball.
ReplyDeleteToodle-oo!

That red daylily is so pretty and vibrant. We have yellow daylilies. They bloomed already and only so-so. They were much nicer last year. Now the green are looking very thin and shabby. Mom says they really need to be thinned. Hope you go to play with your ball.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
You always find the nicest flowers!
ReplyDeleteEverything is beautiful. You must do a lot of watering.
ReplyDeleteMom used to grow pink coneflowers. She thinks after seeing your picture that maybe she should do it again. If only this heat would go away. We're all ready for Fall.
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful day in your neighbourhood! Our lilies are done for the year so thanks for sharing yours! Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteEven here, I have seen no sign of Queen Anne yet. I wonder why? No problem with any of the other blooms. Phlox time = hummingbird time!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers, friend! Also a Beautiful Ball!
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Oooh! I hope you got to play ball, Molly! I love balls! I pick them up and carry them and drop them and pick them up again and if somebody throws one I chase it but I don't bring it back!"
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Okay I'm exhausted just listening to all that."
Summer is the best time for the flowers and you found some lovely ones. Molly your dear face in the last picture, we could hug it. Hope you had a lovely day playing ball. Hugs & Love Susie & Coco xx
