Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy and Sunny this week for Nature Friday~~

It's been very hot this week and mom and I do not like walking in this kind of weather so these flowers are from before the yucky temps set in.

A purple Aster from our garden~

The Wild Asters along our walk~
Lavender from our garden in its second blooming.    The bees are loving it!
We looked this one up and it looks like it could be the Pagoda flower.   It's along our walk and the plant is so large that it is encroaching on the street and it's just beautiful!
This is the White FireWeed and it truly is just that - a weed!  It is everywhere and mom can't rip it out fast enough!
We found cheerful yellow Mums~
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥
Molly

Another fine bouquet... but I fear your 'pagoda plant' is actually Japanese Knotweed - very invasive!!! We have government directive on how to eradicate it... perhaps you have similar over there? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  4. Yes, it is mum time, that time of year where we toss out the pretty flowers and put out mums for a month or so. At least we have cool weather and hopefully our grass will start to come back to life after living in the heat for months. Have a great weekend and hope your temps cool down.

  7. Lulu: "Our Dada is over here singing something about 'Lavenders green, dilly dilly lavenders blue'."
Charlee: "We have no idea what he's talking about, because lavender is clearly purple."
