A Tearful and a Thankful Tuesday

I have been cleaning and rearranging furniture so I don't have to see emptiness where Molly's beds and food dishes were and I have also been gathering beds, collars, harnesses, toys, food, treats, grooming tools and prescriptions and supplements to be donated.

Monday morning, I went to Animal Haven to donate the majority of it.   I have not been to the Animal Haven since Molly's dad and I dropped off a baby raccoon that had wandered into our back yard and couldn't stay but we did have fun with Rocky for the few days that he was there.

First off, we need to thank Ingrid and Dalton and Benji for their beautiful tribute memento that now lives on our sidebar with Ann's gorgeous work.  Thank you so very, very much, Ingrid♥  You are so kind and generous♥

We received a beautiful sympathy card from Molly's vet~

The mailman brought a sympathy card from Miss Cecelia in the afternoon that had me sobbing.
Your card is so gorgeous and so perfect♥   Thank you so much, Cecilia♥
The mailman also brought a package from our friend, Miss Lydia, "In loving memory of Molly".  It's a beautiful purple dish that was made by artist Sue Zimmer of Stone Pony Pottery.  Sue specializes in Airedale pottery and her work is unique and beautiful.  Thank you so very much, Lydia.    I LOVE it!
We also need to thank Hailey and Phod's Lady.  They donated money to a local dog rescue to help with puppy Charm's medical bills in Molly's memory.  How wonderful and generous you are.  Thank you so very much♥

And I want to thank all of you for the outpouring of love that you sent me on the passing of my sweet girl.  It has not been easy but all of your support helps more than you will ever know.   Thank you from the bottom of my heart♥

Love,
Angel Molly's mom,
Sue

  2. Hugs to you during this very sad and lonely time. Mom can't imagine waking up without a dog in the house. She too would be lost and not really know what to do. Molly would want you to be happy and with time thinking of her will make you happy rather than sad, but it will take a long time. So very sorry for your loss.

You are so very welcomed and I thank you for sharing your very SPEICAL AireGal with us.
Molly made everyone smile, lick their lips when she showcased food and gave us so many wonderful tours of the flowers that Landlord Bob and other neighbors had growing.
Take care of you now. I hope knowing how much you and Molly meant to all of us will give you comfort.
    Love you lots
    Cecilia

It is amazing how 'embraced' one can feel by the ethernet at such times... I am glad you have felt the Love flowing your way. Thank you for sharing Molly with us all and giving her 'voice'. She truly will be missed. Thank you for continuing to visit and comment - I hope you will find that you can continue blogging for yourself... or, in time, for another... Fondly, YAM xx

  9. Such a hard thing to do. I so remember doing the same thing when Little Bit went to the bridge. Healing hugs, my friend.

Lots of wonderful thoughtful things your buddies have done.

Have a fabulous day and week. More big healing hugs. ♥

  10. We all understand, we really do, and it's so difficult. One of these days when you least expect it you will smile when you think of all of the beautiful Molly memories. Hugs from all of us.

  11. This is such a sad part of a pet's leaving. I couldn't part with anything after Hannah's going. My husband practically had to pry her food from my hands to give it to someone who could use it, and I still have some of her toys. Good for you to be so generous so soon.

  13. Molly will be missed by many. I'll think of her and Mitch and Maggie every time I hang their mitten in my Christmas tree. It's the only fault of dogs, that they leave us far too soon. Big hugs to you, I know how much it hurts.

  16. We did that with Pipo's things when he left for the RB, the kitty shelter was so happy to receive all that I gave them...and when MJF left, I gave his special foods and supplements to our vet who gave them to the lady who runs the shelter where Dalton came from.

Yes, its hard to see the places empty and no wagging tail and no begging for a bit of what we're hsving, and so on...

But you have a million sweet memories to help you get through each sad moment.
    Hugs, big ones!🥰❤️🥰
