Terrific Tuesday

 Monday morning, I got a bath~

Around 11am, mom checked the thermometer and announced that we were going outside to play!  To say that I was excited was the understatement of the year!
Yes, the snow is really that deep and the sun is out but it's still very cold and it's breezy~
I was having the time of my life!
You are not going to believe this, but mom forgot to put her tall boots on so I was doing all the work and she wasn't getting any exercise at all☺
It takes a lot of oomph to run through this deep snow!

We had such a great time even though we stayed outside only fifteen or twenty minutes.   When mom's fingers get cold, she knows that it's time to come inside and warm up!
We knew Phil, the groundhog wouldn't let us down.

Love ya lots♥
Duke

  1. Duke you look like you were having such a great time outside. And look at the smile on your mom's face. She was glad to be out there with you.

  2. So nice you got out to play in the nice snow. We don't stay out all that long either but we go out more often probably since we have a fenced yard.

  3. Mom even took the opportunity to collect some frozen tootsie rolls out there this morning - and The Snow Gods chuckled whist she did and flurried on us -

The Babblers say a bit warmer here today but a plummet returns - Poor Auntie Di thinks she's numb -
