ASPCA Photo Contest

Mom has it marked on her calendar that today is ASPCA day and that we're supposed to wear orange. We headed over to the ASPCA website to check it out for ourselves!

We discovered that they are running a photo contest for the entire month of April!
So mom got out our bandanas and hunted for all of our orange toys and we're in!
Well, actually, I'm in. We submitted this photo of just me because mom likes it the best!
OOPS, sorry, Mitch!We found 3 Mr. Carrots way down in the bottom of our toy basket and we found an orange glow-ball and we have an orange Cuz! Mr. Carrot has been my very favorite toy for years and years and we can't buy him any more because we can't fine him so mom will be shoving Mr. Carrot deep into our toy basket again so he lasts for another 5 years hopefully!

I only work for treats, ya know!So head on over to the ASPCA website and fill out the form and upload your photo! It doesn't cost you anything but of course, you can donate if you'd like to!
Maybe one of us DWB doggies will be the winner!

    Very sweet pictures. About carrots: Halle joined us in January and we all LOVE baby carrots but she has always turned up her nose at them. So our mom says, take it or leave it, Halle! Anyway, now it is April and on Saturday for the 1st time, Halle accepted a baby carrot BUT she took it to the living room and dropped it on the floor! We think she is warming up to carrots.

    Hmm...we swear we just saw Mr. Carrot at a local petstore...we'll look for him...

    Lacie uses them in her dead chicken soup when she takes on a nursing case...she's been looking for a Mr. Celery with no avail...and Mr. Onion...
