Remember I told you about the passing of my bestest and dearest and longest friend Molly? Well, Barbara and Chris needed to be happy again- not that they will ever forget Molly and Molly can never be replaced - but they were just so lonely for a furkid to hug so this past weekend they visited a Golden Retriever breeder and they came home with Emma.
She was born on Christmas day so she's about 13 weeks old and she's just adorable!
Mitch is in Heaven! He thinks that another pup his size is just the thing he needs to make him truly happy! BTW, this little girl already weighs more than Mitch does and he's older by a month!
Don't you even think about it mom or dad! I do have to admit though - she's pretty sweet! Yup, she smells just like a puppy! Gosh, is everybody having babies?? Is there something in the water??!!
We can't wait to go for a walkie with Emma! Won't that be fun! I wonder if Emma will drag along sticks and pine cones and beer cans like Mitch does!
She's a pretty calm puppy. I don't think she has any Airedale in her!
We've asked Miss Barbara to start an Emma blog. She said she'd consider it so if it ever comes to be, we'll let you all know, okay?
