Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Mom has made broccoli soup before and she loves it but she's always wanted to see how broccoli cheddar soup tastes so that's our project - we're supervising the making of Broccoli Cheddar Soup!
The broccoli and onions are cooking away~
Sampling the cheddar cheese is the best part of our job!
The milkie mixture is heating and will be added to the broccoli and onions soon.
Can you see those tiny bits of cream cheese floating in there? The cream cheese gives it a wonderfully rich taste.
It's ready to ladle into the soup bowls and enjoy~
This soup is fabulously delicious and mom says that she will definitely be making it again!

oh that does look good - you know our Mom had never seen or heard of broccoli until coming to the USA and although she doesn't like it by itself - she does love brocoli cheese soup so she will be trying this recipe for sure

Our mom makes that sometimes... butt she only puts the Cheddar Cheese in the soup... NEVER tried it with adding Creamy Cheese into it... She would LIKE that a LOT.. and so would WE.. We are gonna make her do it YOUR may... next time.

SHE (and we) love this soup. One of the winter staples; but SHE uses bleu cheese. Will have to try Cheddar and cream cheeses....

Oh we love Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Lee makes it in the cold weather. Lee also makes Loaded Potato Soup. Why she has noodles drying now that I bet she will make someone warm and tasty with.
