Barn Flag Friday

Mom and dad are still painting away outside but this time it's fun painting!
Dad drew the flag and they're both  painting it.
Our friend, Doug came to help out one day too~

Dad is scraping and repainting the cupola.
This red barn is a restoration barn.  It was built in 1790.   Prior to 1990, it lived in Albany, New York.   Dad and a few of his friends dismantled the barn, repaired it and raised it here on our property.     Has it really been 25 years already?  *sigh*

Dad had an idea and mom cut the numbers out on the bandsaw.
Can't we please play ball, mom?
 Perfect!
Lookin' good, dad!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Love ya lots♥

  9. What a beautiful building. It's good when historic buildings get a loving home instead of just torn down.
