Our Nor’easter

We had snow flakes throughout the morning and afternoon yesterday and in the early evening, the snow started to come down - wet and mixed with rain and blowing sideways and accumulating quickly.
Look what the snow did to my Kousa Dogwood tree~
And it laid my poor Arborvitae trees over!
We got about 7 inches of snow~
Enough to have lots of fun in☺
We are very thankful that we didn't lose our power.   So many others in Connecticut did.

I'm off to play in my snow!

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  1. We don't think we'll get any more snow this year but we're sure getting lots of rain. It's going to be a record mud season.

  7. We heard it was very heavy snow, but that is a lot of weight to knock over those trees. Mom says that usually if you just leave them alone, they will pop back up as long as it doesn't stay super cold too long. Wish we had that snow:(

  9. We're glad to hear you didn't have any problems from the storm. It's supposed to snow here tomorrow for a few more inches. We love playing in the snow too.
