Nature Friday

We are joining Jakey this week for Nature Friday~

Tuesday morning we had a snow-drizzle mix.  I love my walk early in the morning and I convinced mom that we NEEDED to get out and walk and she said yes!
OMD - we found a Periwinkle flower in January!
See mom, it was well worth the walk even though we did get a little bit damp!

Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Love ya lots♥
Molly

Crikey, that wee flower is risking everything to prove that life is a cycle and WILL go on!!! Thank you for risking the sleet and cold to go walking and discover this delight. Hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx

  3. My mom loves morning walks as much as we do, so we do walk 365 mornings a year. That's pretty amazing finding a flower out in that weather. We haven't seen anything but dead flowers for a while now.

  9. Hmm snow is nice if it is all dry and powder like not wet and slushy!!! I am amazed you found a flower, how wondeful we hope it manages to survive in the cold! We have no flowers at the moment except a few little ones on the winter violas we planted in our pots but even those look very sorry for themselves at the moment. Today has been grey and overcast all day and not really got light all day! Yuck!!!

    Have a wonderful weekend.

    Hugs, Susie & Treacle xx
