Tasty Tuesday

We made chicken soup and I helped  A LOT!  The onion and celery went into the broth first.

And then the carrots.
We baked the chicken the day before.   OMD, does it ever smell yummy!
Do you know what my evil mom did to me?  She put the fork almost all the way through my piece of chicken so I would have a harder time getting it off so she could get her stoopid picture!
Spinach bouquet, anyone!
I love eating grass on my walks so way shouldn't I love cold crisp spinach.  What's the difference?!
Mom added chick peas and Parmesan cheese and dinner is done!

Happy Tuesday, everybuddy!

Love ya lots♥

Molly

Mom is getting rather clever/sneaky. She knows she has to be quick.
Your soup looks so good I can almost smell the lovely aromas.
We watched Lidia's Cooking show last weekend she had a pasta and potato soup recipe that I'll be trying next week.

Hugs to you and Kudos to Mom

  7. There's nothing better than soup and warm bread on a winter day. Mom has question about your beer bread recipe. Does it really call for 4 1/2 tsp of baking powder? That seems like a lot.

  8. That looks very yummy and great on a cold day like it is here today. You do very well Molly with your greens, Treacle hates lettuce and spinach although she will eat cucumber and carrots but not the others! She rolls it around in her mouth for a while and then spits it out!!!! She will eat grass though!!!

Of course your Mom has to get your picture. We Moms have to use several tricks in our handbook to get the perfect pictures.

    Have a wonderful Tuesday.

Hugs & Love, Susie & Treacle xxx

  9. You sure are doing a great job helping your mom with making that soup. We like the chicken but don't think we would like to eat any of those veggies.

  15. Bet that soup is very tasty and perfect for this time of the year. Misty and Lightning love greens, but not Timber. And Angel Piper loved lettuce but didn't enjoy baby spinach at all!!!
