Molly Monday

Mom says that the ONLY good thing about this undoGly heat and horrible humidity is the incredible fragrance on our walkies.   The scent from the wild roses is absolutely intoxicating!

Happy Monday!

Love ya lots♥

Molly

  8. Beautiful Molly, those are amazing roses, and you're right - hot muggy days hold that scent in the air, the only thing nice about hot muggy days!

  9. I can smell the roses from here, I love the smell of roses. It is my Birthday month and Roses are my Birthday flower. Sorry it is too hot and humid. We finally have some nice warm weather here but as soon as we do we get the thunderstorms too. Tomorrow is going to be very sunny and warm here. Have a good week. Hugs & Love, Susie & Treacle xx

  14. There are roses along the river walk. Mom can't wait for her broken toe to heal so we can go and smell them. Did you get some good romping on your walk Molly? We have had a cold front go through and this morning there was snow up high! Mom had to drive to Osoyoos and there was snow at the top of the pass. She stopped and let Cinnamon frolic in it.

  17. Oh Molly! So sorry you are already getting heat and humidity, but it's very lovely that you look on the bright side and get to enjoy the wild rose smells. We have been nice and cool here so far. It will heat up soon enough though. Lucky for us we don't have high humidity. My mama told me all about your predecessors, Maggie & Mitch and how they loved watermelon. She even keeps a photo of them with watermelon! I too enjoy it and am awaiting our first one. Good to meet you. Smooches, Jane

  18. Lulu: "Hmm ... So the roses smell nice? Can you roll in them, I wonder?"
Charlee: "Seems like they might be a bit thorny."

  19. Nice picture. I need to take some on our walks. Lola and I walked 8 blocks last night. It was our longest walk. She is a very good walker. Can't decide if she like cats or not. We met a neighbor and she leaned against my leg while I was talking. Enjoy the rest of the week.

  21. Here it is our Persian lilacs that are now blooming and smelling strong. I don't like their scent as much as the common lilacs though.
Thank goodness our heat wave finally broke here - whew, what a relief!
