Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy today for Nature Friday~~

Off we go~~

We found this tree literally shedding its bark.    We've never seen anything like this before!
Fungi on a tree with the Secret Garden in the background.  Someone is liking the Secret Garden as there is green grass growing inside.
Wild Asters going to seed.
Mom made us walk a wee bit farther than usual.  She wanted to see if the price of Christmas trees went up at Miss Amy's house.   NOPE!  They are still a bargain!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Love ya lots♥
Molly

  5. Dearest Molly you know I'm all about brilliant colors; however, I found something about the 50 shades of winter grey very soothing...and of course add your beautifulness to the mix and I'm dancing on the table
    love you lots

  7. Very pretty top to bottom, Molly the prettiest of all (those look like edible Christmas Tree cookies on your
neck wrap!) PS: the human here is unhappy cause your posts no longer come to her mailbox and she can't figure out why, so she keeps missing them, which means she misses YOU!

  8. That is strange for that tree to be shedding its bark like that. You found some interesting things on your walk. Are you going to get your tree from Miss Amy?

  9. Charlee: "Ooh, that bark-shedding tree looks like it would make a fun claw-sharpener."
Lulu: "You cats and your claws!"
Chaplin: "Pfft. You dogs and your tails."
Java Bean: "Molly, is that little elf riding around on your Mini-Me?!"

  11. Is that an ash tree that's losing its bark? We have some of those trees like that scattered through the wooded areas, and it's because of the emerald ash borer bugs. What a shame. Bit at least there are some great mushrooms feasting on the wood. You always find something interesting on your walks, Molly.

  15. What a great walk and we love your festive neck ware. Coco has been gifted Treacle's necker you gave her for Christmas a while ago and she loves it. In fact I need to get it off her to give it a wash before Christmas! Hugs & Love Susie & Coco xx
