Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy and Sunny this week for Nature Friday~~

Before we left our yard, we noticed that Miss Molly the butterfly bush is in bloom!

Along our walk,  the wild white yarrow is blooming~
In our garden, the betony is flowering~
The coneflowers are blooming away~
Happy Friday, everybuddy!
Who remembers this adorable little Italian mouse?
He is Topo Gigio who appeared on the Ed Sullivan show ages ago.  Mom fell instantly in love with him and she still loves the little guy today.

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  1. We love the button flowers and are seeing them around our area too. Mom doesn't know that mouse, but she didn't watch that TV show as she was too young for it at the time. He sure is cute, though.

  2. So many special things to see and sniff!

Oh yes - 'we' always loved when he was on The Ed Sullivan Show!
And NOW 'we'll' be hearing them all day -

Listening to NPR this morning - and them talking about Phoenix - not only has it been 115ish for sooo many days - BUT then it's not been going below 85 at night -

    Stay khool!

  4. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Molly yes indeedy I remember Topo Gigio. I dearly loved it when he said Hello Ed. Many years ago I bought two hand knitted mice from a blogger. One for us and on for our daughter. I named one Topo and the other Gigio. When I gave hers to her she was a bit confused about the name so I explained it. I think I blogged about them too. I'll send you the link if I can find it.
I love your betony and I love the name too
    Love you lots Cecilia
