We are joining Sunny this week for Nature Friday~~
We are back to walking every day and it's been warmer than it has been so I haven't had to wear my coat.We still have snow on the ground. Some places have more than others~
We did find this one interesting dried flower. We looked it up and it's a Sensitive Fern or Bead Fern. Peeps use the fern fronds in flower arrangements~On a very sad note~Landlord Bob passed away on Wednesday. He had pancreatic cancer. We only found out the day after Valentine's day and now he's gone. We will miss him so very much. He was wonderful man - the best - and he had so many friends. He loved working outside in his yard and he loved working on his antique cars and trucks. Our hearts go out to Landlady Maryanne and their family♥
Love ya lots♥

Oh no, that is so very sad. Pancreatic cancer is so sneaky and then it is discovered and you are gone in a flash. We have a friend going through it right now. Sorry for your loss, we know you and your mom will miss him.

ReplyDeleteI am so very sorry to hear about Landlord Bob and my condolences to all who loved him and his kind spirit. What an evil disease that robs people of their beloved family and friends.
Duke you will thoroughly enjoy traipsing around your new grounds in the spring.
Hugs Cecilia

Duke at least you found a bit of ground with no snow on so you did not have to wear your boots. It has been sunny here today but very cold still frost in the morning on the ground. We are so sorry to hear about Landlord Bob and send our love to his wife and family at this difficult time. We hope you both have a good weekend despite the sad news. Hugs & Love, Susie & Coco xx

Java Bean: "We send lots of tail wags for Landlord Bob's family."
Chaplin: "And we cats send lots of purrs!"
Ohh, so sorry about Landlord Bob. I think you’ve shared about him before, it's always a loss to lose someone nice. 😢I hope walking drives the blues away..
