Nature Friday

We are joining the LLB gang this week for Nature Friday~~

We discovered Aaron's Beard in a garden.  Yes, we needed to look it up~
In the same garden was the Butterfly Weed~
The Balloon Flower is blooming everywhere we see the plant!
The Sumac is turning red~
The Hosta's all seem to be in bloom with their pretty purple flowers!
Love this gorgeous Milkweed♥
At home, our Clivia is in full flower!
Happy Friday!
Love ya lots♥

  2. Lots of beautiful flowers in bloom around your place. You are so smart with the names, we usually have no idea but just enjoy looking at them.

  3. Duke, our butterfly weed has already finished and is full of seed pods. Lynn must save a few and control the rest. Our swamp milkweed is where she is finding an abundance of monarch eggs this year. Last year was not good. You look terrific and we luv flowers, but so do our deer. Precious

  4. Thanks for sharing all of those special 'plants' - including the last one with the growing tongue!

Be ready - our heat advisory goes in to effect at 11am - we are heading to 95 - and I know Mom has already planned I will not be 'venturing with her and Auntie Di later today - but I think she's going to humor me with a ride to The Green Paper$ Machine!

  7. Java Bean: "Ayyy, I hope you let poor Aaron know where his beard went! I bet he is wondering!"
Charlee: "If you spot our Dada's hair from when he was younger in a garden anyplace, maybe you could drop us a line ..."

  12. Oh, beautiful has come to bloom - so very pretty!!! And we love the color of that pretty milkweed. It has not been a great season for flowers here, too much rain and not enough sun, we guess. And maybe way too much HOT HOT HOTness.
