We are joining Rosy and Sunny this week for Nature Friday~~
It's been warmer than normal all week long so I haven't had to wear my coat. It might be warmer, but the ducks still get to ice skate on the pond!
We are not finding anything worthy of picture taking. The prettiest pictures are the ones with snow and the weatherPeeps assure me that it will fall this weekend - not much but an inch is better than none at all. The ice cold winds and freezing temp have already arrived!
At home, the Amaryllis from the bulb of the month club is taunting mom. She prays for it to open every single day☺
Missy's Amaryllis bulb all of a sudden shot up. Mom is experimenting with the African Violets. If they don't get buds on them before the next bulb of the month pot shows up, they are history because mom needs that spot that they are occupying.
What - is my lip stuck?
Mom let me wear a harness one day this week and the next day it was back to my head collar <sigh>

We finally have less ice so we can go back to our hands free leash walks which we have missed for weeks. Mom didn't feel safe walking us that way even with her icebug shoes. Now finally we should have a longer cold snap and maybe some new snow. Enjoy your weekend.

ReplyDeleteDuke you look ever so handsome no matter which harness you might be wearing. And we get to see all of you because you're not wearing a sweater! Nice to see the ducks on the pond. Lynn has an African Violet that is putting out one bud right now. But that's not much is it.
