Half of the barn is closed in with siding and the Weatherwatch is on the roof! Bruce is ready for shingles! Aren't they the fastest guys in the west?! You can see the tables set up inside the barn already just waiting for people to carry in lots of loaded down plates of FOOD!
I met a new friend! I didn't catch his name but he was a whole lot older than I am. He was nice in the beginning but after he got to know me better all he wanted to do was mount me! grrrrrrrr Aren't you glad you didn't come, Maggie? I spared you all of this aggrevation! You can thank me later!
Look at all this food and all of these nice people! Am I ever glad that I braved the rain drops and came!
Mom had lemon chicken and lazanne on her plate and she shared with me! Thanks, mom!
Check out what's right behind me! You all heard that I chewed the tap off the beer keg at our Celebration of Life pawty in February, right? Should I do it again and make all of these people rush over to stop the geyser?! haha
Mom said the best part of the pawty was the piece of homemade rhubarb pie that she had and she shared some with ME! I sure do love barn raisings!
So until next time.............
Yer friend,
Mitch
