Mitch doesn't take no for an answer! See that paw just fractions of an inch from my tail? He moves it closer and closer and finally slams it down on my tail so I'll spring up from my resting position and attack him! Isn't he evil?!
You got what you wanted, pal! I'm going to make you pay for waking me up from my beauty nap!
Can you hear me? I'm telling you to stop bothering me while I'm trying to rest!
Do you promise to never bother me again for the rest of your life? You're such a sassy boy!
Thank goodness I got my point across! When will that boy ever learn?!
You are just evil to the core! Raspberries to you too, Mitch! I'm going back to bed! Goodnight!
So until next time................
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Oh Maggie it is hard for me to understand. You have a brother who wants to play and you don't want to play. And I want to play but I have no brother....that's to bad...
ReplyDeleteKisses, Faya
Maggsie!
ReplyDeleteYou don't need a beauty nap, girlie! But, I DO recognize that evil ornery look in Mitch's eye. (I get that look a LOT, and Stella has it ALL OF THE TIME!)
I love photo #3! What dance step are you doing there?
Photos 4 & 5 crack me up one side and down the other. You are REALLY telling off the MitchMan! And, Mitch's raspberry photo is stinkin' sassy. He's either really brave or kinda stupid to tangle with you, sistah!
Goober love & smooches,
Stanley
Ah what is mitch thinking waking you up from your beauty nap. Good for you telling him off.
ReplyDeleteI, Penny have the same problem! Every time I try to get some beauty rest, Poppy attacks and wants me to play. I still like to do zoomies and play with toys, but I want to do it on MY terms. I would think it's because she's still a puppy, but she's almost 8 years old! I guess somedogs just never grow up. Mom says that's a GOOD thing!
ReplyDeleteAire-hugs,
Poppy & Penny
How annoying. Looks like you gave him what for.
ReplyDeleteboys must play - especially young boys. It can be hard on us older pups who just want to rest.
ReplyDeleteAbby & Rosie
Maggie you dont "need" any beauty rest - you are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou sure look like you put that pesky boy in his place.. I can "almost" see the fear in his eyes... lol
Good for you Maggie giving brother a lesson!
ReplyDeleteParis does the same thing to me, but she's grunting all the while she's begging me to play tug a war!
Maggie, Maggie...Teka is just as nasty, so maybe your mom wants to take Teka and you can come live with me. We can take beauty naps together, and Mitch will be sorry he EVER asked someone to play. We could even trade just for a few days so you and I could get some rest!
ReplyDeletekisses to a beautiful aire-girl

ReplyDeleteTeach Mitch how to use the channel changer so that he can be a couch potato when you're working on your beauty sleep!
I'm attaching a link to a video of me and my litter mates when we were 4 weeks old. My sister got up super early and tried her best to rouse the rest of us to play. She was sooooo pushy!

Heeheeheeheehee! Life is just so much fun sometimes, isn't it?! You guys make me laugh.
ReplyDeleteHaha, raspberries. You two are having fun! I like Mitch's paw slamming trick to get you to play, Maggie. I'd love to play - all the time.

ReplyDeleteNo Wags, Eric x
Maggie, you have such a cute brother how can you resist playing with him? As someone else said, you are so pretty you don't need beauty sleep.
ReplyDeleteLevi's mom
Brothers are such a pain in the keister. Can't live with them, miss them when you don't have them. What are we to do? Girl, you don't need beauty sleep. You have that all covered.
ReplyDeleteHi Maggie. Hi Mitch!
ReplyDeleteI am SO going to MY Putter's birthday party! I wouldn't miss it for anything! I am SO excited to go...sure I'll miss my sissy, but it'll be kinda nice to get away with just MY Putter-Girl and all my buddies!
Maggie, check out my beard! I've been growing it out ever since the Dovah beard challenge and haven't even trimmed it yet! Your beard is an inspiration to me!!!!
Love, Herc

ReplyDeleteOoops! Poor Mitch! He just wants to play a little with you Maggie!
Looking at his face, I think he got the idea!
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
Beauty sleep is very important. But playing is fun too.
ReplyDeleteSimba x
I feel your pain, Maggie! Willow and Lucy Lu are always bugging me while I try to nap. And I'm just too nice to make 'em go away!
ReplyDeleteKai
Sometimes you just have to let the menacing younger brothers know who is boss. Obviously Mitch needed a firm talking to!
ReplyDeleteThe young ones are always a brat. Look at mine at home... sigh. Is ggod that you *teach* him
ReplyDeleteLove
Boy

ReplyDeletewags from the whippets
i know how it feels...having someone to disturb n interrupt our beautiful dream...
ReplyDeletePoor Maggie!! It must be so frustrating that little brothers seem to be made to be teasers and noudges, especially when you are trying to relax and rest!!!!
