I, Miss Maggie, need to poo in private! I always look for that overhanging branch or that extra long grass before I hump up and go!
We are both afraid to go down into the basement! Mom goes down there all the time, especially in the summertime to empty the bucket on the dehumidifier! She never has to worry that we'll venture down and escape out the basement door, so she never has to close the door behind her! It's too bad really because mom says it's so cool down there when it's hot out!
I, Mitch, think that there are bugs trying to attack my butt all the time! I swing around and constantly look at my tail! I do this all the time and mom and dad can't figure out why! Mom says there are no bugs trying to get you, Mitchy - but I don't believe her because I just know there are!
I, Maggie, have a mole over my eye and every single time mom grooms me she forgets that it's there and nicks me and it bleeds! This past Sunday at Barktoberfest some lady asked mom if that was a tick on my face! OMG, the embarrasment! I was absolutely horrified! Please don't let this happen again mom - I beg you!
We're not going to tag anyone because we thought this was sort of a hard tag so if you feel the need to play along, please do because we love to know all of your deepest secrets!

Wow great secrets guys.....but ya know....I'm afraid of little kids too and it isn't because of somethin' that happened cause I was born here....they always scare me when we walk 'n they come runnin' right up ta me....then I back away....Gram is hopin' that changes when Parker, the baby hooman, is around more.....'n I hope so too....cause babies smell pretty interestin'....'n they drop food too......

While I can understand some of them, the one about being afraid of the basement has me baffled. It is such a great place! ReplyDeleteThe Mommy's avacodo salad is real easy and she didn't even come up with it .... Daschsies Rule's Mommy thought it up as a veggie to go with the Mommy's tuna casserole when the Mommy made it on one of our trips to country. Here is the receipe. Sorry Mommy doesn't measure anything when she cooks so you just haave to estimate how much you want to make. She uses Roma tomatoes and some of the leafy part of green onions too.
finely diced avacados.
finely diced tomatoes.
chopped green onions
olive oil
vinegar
salt & pepper
When she makes pasta with meatballs and hardboiled eggs, she makes the avacado salad too but adds green oilves (sliced herself) and lots of diced garlic. Yummy!!

That's cool that you let us in on your little secrets. I think stairs can be hard and I don't blame you for not wanting to go down to the basement. We don't have a basement where I live so I'm not even sure what it is -it sounds scary!
