True Colors Thursday - Grey

It's true colors Thursday again! yeaaaaaaaaaaaa
If you want to play, drop Blue a comment and you're in!
This weeks color is grey!
Mom's Steiff donkey and teddy are both grey! This teddy's name is Grigio, which mean grey in Italian! Mom's Nonna and Nonni were originally from Italy!
This Canada goose was needle felted by none other than Miss Carol Usher! She not only does great dogs - she does great geese too! Mitch has a passenger today! It's the Tin Man!
Our gram painted this! It hangs in our kitchen near the sink! Our gram is one talented lady!
Next weeks color is cobalt!

So until next time...................

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

  11. Ooh no... I STILL haven't gotten around to a color. but your gray shots sure are inspiring. Your gram IS a very talented lady.
Maybe I will do a steiff post instead, the editor thinks I bear (hehe) a striking resemblance to her Mr. Growling Bear and come to think of it we also have a tiny terrier steiff in the living room... I totally forgot, maybe now I can try and relate a bit better to autumn! you both certainly seem to get on well with your house stuffies.

  30. We love gray. And you' found some grayt gray things to photograph. Mom especially loved the needle felted gray goose, but was sad when the link to Miss Carol Usher didn't work. Mom's going to try some needle felting of her own this summer (the stuff's all packed, including some of our deceased Molly's stripped fur) and she thought the gray goose was honking good. We ALL think your gram's work is pawesome, as well!

    Thanks for the smiles,
    Jake and Fergi

  47. Hi, Maggie and Mitch -

Mama likes the painting that your Gram did. It is beautiful. Kaci and I like the stuffies and that Tin Man is pawsome.

At least Mama and Papa were smart getting Kaci and I. We are representatives of the color grey (or gray) in our family.

    Love -

    Hershey and Kaci
