Dindin was as Something Natural and dad decided on the smoked turkey and provolone sandwich again! We also hit Stars for ice cream and dad said that his strawberry sundae was so good the first time around that he was going to get the same thing again and he did! And this time mom got butter pecan instead of heavenly hash so we got some of her ice cream too!
This morning we were up at 4AM organizing and packing the car to board the ferry at 6:30AM.
This is Nantucket as the ferry is pulling away from the dock! We're looking behind us and we're so sad to see the Island getting smaller and smaller as we get farther away!
And here we're looking ahead of us towards Cape Cod! That big wall on your left is the side of the ferry!We miss you already, Nantucket!
Our trip on the ferry is just over 2 hours and Mitch is trying his best to get dad to take him for a walkie so he can check out the other doggies on board!
Mitch won! Dad did take him for that walk!I was happy just to wait quietly with mom!
This has been one fun vacation and we are POOPED!
We just need a few more minutes, mom, and we'll be ready for our next fun adventure!

Ah...man, don't yah just hate it when vacation is over? All the hanging 24/7 with your peeps, all the yummie vacation treaties, like ice cream, new smells, new friends...and a great snooze in the car on the way home. Life is GOOD!

What a fabulous trip! Riding on a ferry is the best! Our folks went to Cape Cod a few years ago, but that was before we were born. Mommy keeps threatening to go back but probably without us.

We feel shameful for not writing while you've been vacationing, but we've been following your week! We were really happy you got connected so we could keep up with what all you were doing! We were hoping that the rain didn't dampen too much of your time, and were glad when it dried up. It made us really happy that you got all those flavors of ice cream. Those two noses of yours never looked cuter than poked into an ice cream bowl. We chuckled at the Lorenza dog you saw and laughed imagining one of you driving that Smart Car down the street. (Not your mom. YOU!) We drooled at Mitch's apple find (it's our favorite) and licked our chops thinking about all the good food your people enjoyed at Something Natural. Best of all we loved seeing ya with all your new dog friends and imagining ya enjoying all your time with your family. What a great vacation in Nantucket. We'll be happy you when you get safely home, but we know you'll miss the wonderful time you had.

Hey you guys are so lucky to have such a nice vacation spot! You might have passed my Bedlington buddy Titus and his pals going out for their 2 weeks on the Cape. I hear they can't go swimming 'cause of those big ol' sharks out in the water now. Bummer!
