My 3rd Gotcha Day

Hi everybody! It's me, Mitch!
Yesterday was my 3rd gotcha day with the family!
For those of you who don't know, my hooman sissy, Melissa and my mom were shopping for a mother-of-the-bride dress and at the end of that shopping day they decided to mosey into the pet store and guess who mom locked eyes with? ME!
Mom went home and told dad all about this cute 4 month old pup who she discovered in the pet store that day and the rest is history! Maggie took one look at me and demanded that dad take me back where I came from in a hurry! She wasn't too happy with me at all! She actually refused to be part of our family for a whole week and gave both mom and dad the cold shoulder and made them feel horrible!
But she eventually came around and now we're the best of friends and she loves me!

Maggie gave me a new Nylabone for my special day! She knows how much I love them - how much we both love them!Hey, Jazzi! Look what else I got! A green M&M! But only me - not Maggie!
And mom made made us strawberry sundaes!
Maggie is allowed to have Nilla Wafers and Animal Crackers and that's what the base is. The center is filled with 2 fresh strawberries!
Did you all notice that Maggie got a hAirecut?! You look fab, Maggie! I want to thank my dad and my Uncle Bill for coming to the pet store 3 years ago and bringing me to my new forever home! I love it here and I plan on staying for a good long time!

So until next time................

Yer friend,
Mitchy Boy

Mitch: We're glad you had a happy gotcha day, and we think you should be Xtra nice to Maggie, because we bet that she could've made your life really miserable if she put her mind to it. But she is such a sweetie she decided to share.

Sending Mitch the bestest wishes for his 3rd Gotcha Day!! Those treats look wonderful!! And thank you for showing Mitch's baby picture. So sweet!!

You are our dietary gurus!!! We can now add strawberries, Nillas and animal crackers to our treat list!! Our little Jeter is having trouble with his anal glands and needs more fiber in his diet so we have added canned pumpkin (plain) and some green beans to his foods. Happy weekend everyone!! xoxo

Ohh Maggie, boy do I remember that faithful day 3 years ago (your faithful day was only a month away from mine I think.....). I'm glad you love your stinky a lot, I guess I do love (to boss him around) mine too, he keeps me young, that's what people say anyway.

Hey you went from hairy in one picture to boootifully groomed the next, is your mom a speedy groomer or what! You look like me now because I just got groomed not long ago. BOOOOTIFUL!

Love nibbles,
Miss Sunshade
