It's Been One Year
One year ago, I lost my brother and mom and dad lost their beloved Mitchy.
Earlier this month, mom visited Mitch's final resting place. The crocus was blooming~
And so were the snowdrops~
And the mini-iris~
And the lenten rose. Mom planted and transplanted many lenten roses for Mitch.
His bench is still in place with his angel watching over him and his apple has a couple of rotten spots on it but it made it through the winter.
We miss you, Mitch - more than you will ever know, buddy♥
Mom was shopping on Flagology recently and she decided that a special rug in our hallway would be just the perfect addition~

ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh me not a year already...since handsome Mitch left us. He was such a big presence in your family and blogville. We are glad to see the flowers are blooming around his grave. That rug is purrfect...gosh and you and Mitch are almost life size on it too.
