Mom and I walked the Farmington Canal Trail again. This time when we left the parking lot, we headed to the left. Last time we headed to the right.
I see a tunnel. That means we get to cross under Sherman Avenue and we don't have to deal with busy traffic! Awesome!
We found this neat boarded up old brick building.
Do you see him? In the not too far away distance is the Sleeping Giants head and tummy! As we continued to walk, our trail lead us to a busy intersection and we would have had to cross too many lanes of traffic and mom said NOPE!
So we retraced our steps and continued on for another couple of miles.
We have had very warm weather and look what I found. SNOW!
And near this stream there are yellow flowers getting ready to open.
Mom googled them and we think they're Marsh Marigolds.
Today is a beauty. Come on, mom!
What the heck is this? Our first floor neighbor, Tom, has been having fun decorating the yard ☺
Love ya lots♥
Molly
