Flower Friday

We are joining Rosy for Flower Friday~

Off we go~
That's a heavily scented Snuggle dryer sheet tied onto my harness.   The bugs are very pesty in the early morning flying around my face and mom's face so we are both wearing dryer sheets.  Our friend, Art, told us that they work and so far - so good!
We didn't get too far before we discovered that Landlord Bob has another Clematis in bloom!
 We found Evening Primrose~
 And Lilies around this well~
 And Lilies near this mailbox~
Guess what I found?!     I left it there but I sniffed it for a good long time!
 And even more Lilies!
We discovered that someone mowed a path into the secret garden so we followed it.
I wonder what they're going to do in here?
And we found this beautiful Foxglove in our back yard!
 Happy Friday, everybuddy☺

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  1. Happy Friday you too and we love the flowers you found. It is a fantastic time of the year with all the flowers blooming. We have been moaning about our temperatures of 80°F and your part of the country are predicted to get over 100°F. I will be quiet now about our heat when you have got that sort of heat. I do hope you stay cool indoors and plenty of water to drink.

Treacle is staying in today as it is supposed to be our hottest today and she is lying on our tiled floor. I don't want to close the door but perhaps will have to if she doesn't stay indoors and gets a little cooler. I have booked her spa day for next week and am going to get her cut quite short. Her fur will always grow back and I would sooner her have no hair and be cool then fur just to look like an Airedale.

    Have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs & Love Susie & Treacle xx

  7. Gosh, those are some super pretty plants in your 'hood. Be careful around the Foxglove, it's highly toxic to pups. We had to remove it in our garden because of a chewing Ninja who shall remain nameless. 😇

  9. Mom loves Foxglove but she's allergic to lillies. Be careful with the dryer sheets. Make sure your Mom collects it after your walk. Dogs that eat dryer sheets can get very sick.

  12. Those lilies by the well are just like our wild "Forest Lilies". They bloom only when there's a lot of moisture... so they haven't bloomed here this year. I have never seen fox gloves before. They are beautiful!!!

I hope that your dryer sheets worked!

    Happy Friday.

  14. Thanks for the tip about the dryer sheets. Of course, Mom says somePups would probably try to eat them:)

Beautiful flowers and we are excited to see what they do with that secret garden area.

  16. We'd never heard of the dryer sheet trick! We might have to try that out -- it's been a very buggy year here!
