Nature Friday

We are joining Rosy this week for Nature Friday~~

Mom picked some bittersweet that wasn't opened yet and brought it inside.

Once the bittersweet feels the warmth of inside the house, it doesn't take long for it to burst open.
Poison Ivy is so pretty in its autumn color~
Because of our drought, the leaves are showing color but they are falling more quickly.

The latest puzzle~   Mom said it was a blast to do but taking it apart was very time consuming.  The pieces lock so well that you have to take the puzzle apart piece by piece!  Not fun!
Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Love ya lots♥
Molly

  1. We wish we could find some bittersweet around here to bring to Gramma. She really loves it. Our leaves are all falling like crazy with the hard frosts we have had recently. Now we have a hot weekend and then back to cold. The fall rollercoaster. Happy Friday!

  6. Molly happy Nature Friday to you and Mom.
Poison Ivy is quite pretty in her fall frock.
I had a giggle at taking the puzzle apart.
Kinda reminded me of how much fun it is to cook new meals...but sometimes cleaning up can be a
CHORE. Especially the Wok dishes requiring all the chopping and dicing
    Love You Lots

  7. We love seeing those berries popping out of their yellow skin to reveal that bright red! You sure found lots of pretty colors around you, Molly. That puzzle is sure full of beautiful flowers too.

  8. Java Bean: "That poison ivy is such a pretty red color! We should pick some and bring it inside for—"
Lulu: "Take note of the 'poison' part, Bean."
    Java Bean: "Oh right."

  9. Poison Ivy is pretty but don't go bringing any of that in the house, Molly. Don't even sniff it. I once had a dog who'd bring it home on his fur and give it to me. Love the puzzle and bittersweet.

  10. Mama says she can finally see where all the poison ivy is on her walks because of their color!
Your leaves sure are pretty, we hope your drought ends soon so next year they'll hang around longer!

  17. Gosh Molly, we didn't know that poison ivy (which we don't get in the UK) could look so pretty at this time of year.

  18. You had a wonderful Autumn walk and we love the colours. Our leaves are coming down quickly now but I am surprised how long they have lasted after the heat and lack of rain this year. We love that puzzle but can understand how time consuming it is to take it apart. Hugs & Love, Susie & Coco xx
