She's Home!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mom came home yesterday and dad brought us with him up to the aireport to meet her! Of course we never got out of the car and neither did dad but mom was right there waiting for us. We think she was as thrilled to see us as we were to see her!

Mom is still lovingly petting and hugging us! We sure did miss her but dad was so good to us while mom was gone! We went to the Glenwood once and he brought us to get ice cream once and we had pizza once but everytime dad went out in his truck or the car, we got to go too! Both of us were his constant companions!

Mom says that my booboo mole looks like it's healing and right now surgery is the farthest thing from her mind! I do keep rubbing on her just to let her know that she was bigtime missed but so far so good! Dad kept his word and put heaps of bag balm on it! This must be some pretty good stuff!
Mom brought us home some pizzelle cookies that our gram made! She says that they sorta got broken during her trip home but they tasted pretty good to us even if they were in pieces!
Thank you, Gram! You're a very good pizzelle maker!
Look what else mom brought home! It's a baby hat! Isn't it the neatest thing you've ever seen? Mom says that this is the first time she's ever seen something like this!
hummmmmmm, this isn't exactly what I had in mind, mom!
Moco asked to see the knitting that mom did on the plane! It's the same ballband purse pattern that mom has made before - just different yarns! Mom is hoping the colors are pretty when they are felted together! We'll have to post a picture when she's all done but don't hold your breath! She is soooooooo slowwwwwwwww!

Mom also helped us to open TONS of Christmas cards when she came home! We're still making the rounds thanking you all individually for your wonderful cards! We love each and everyone of them! Thank you so very much! We counted all of the unopened cards that we got while mom was gone and the hoomans got 6 cards and we got 23! We're winning! So until next time...............

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

  16. Even though it looks like your dad was doing a great job spoiling you to make up for your mom being gone, I'm really glad she's home. Glad to hear surgery is a far away thought now. That baby hat is interesting. I don't think we've ever seen anything like that either. You were nice to model it for us to see how it works.

  30. Sweet Maggsie Girl!

Please kissie your mama for me since she brought you home the pizzle cookies. (I thought pizzles were good enough as they are, but using them to make cookies has to make the eating experience doubly good.)

Hairy Stanley is trying to tell me that I've got the whole cookie name wrong, but I think he's full of gas. That's all I have to say about that.

I bet your mama is excited to be back with her fur babies. That must be why she brought you that funky baby hat. You wear it well, Maggsie!

Goobery love & kissies for you & Mitch,
