Third Place

We won third place in the July Dog Photo Contest over at Benson and Gibson's blog a couple of weeks ago! We still can't believe it! There were about 150 entries! We are totally blown away!
This is the photo that we submitted~
It's one of mom's favorites and it was taken last summer!
Thank you so very much for picking our photo, guys! We are super psyched and very honored!

And guess what? The prizes that we won from this contest arrived in the mail!
It didn't take Mitch long to claim Homer the Hedgehog as his!
This funny bone looks tasty and fun!I want this, Mitch! You have Homer!
Doggie fortune cookies??!! OMG, we have never had these before!
I'm high-fivin' ya, mom! Pretty please with sugar on it!
HAHA! I guess you finally had to drop Homer, Mitch!

hummmmmmmmm - not sure about the fortunes but the cookies sure are yummy!

    We've been gone so long! It was great fun to catch up on you two. Rather, three! Your Barkday Bark Bars! Autumn's beautiful flower garden (we're seeing those pretty coneflowers around here). Everything chocolate brown (that makes Moma drool). Pineapple coconut sherbet! We're gonna be on the lookout for that! And most of all! All your great prizes!     Congratulations! That was a great photo - we call popsicles ice lollies! It was a fun photo. We thought your prize was fabulous too - especially loved the idea of doggie fortune cookies although have to admit we didn't get the second one about the dog in the pew!
    Was it a play on words we wonder - perhaps we are just being thick - well bassets were voted as having the lowest IQ in a recent UK newspaper!!!

    Congratulations. We like popsicles, too, but we get Mom's hands really sticky when we eat them. Most of us lick them but a couple of us try to eat them whole.

    I have a hedgehog toy too, (that my uncle gave me, that taught me to get on the table, LOL)
    and it is one of my favorite toys. I like it so much that I havent taken the sqeaker out of it. Have fun with the fortune cookies!!
