Look what mom made us! It's an ice cream cone and it's filled with vanilla yogurt!
You've got yogurt all over your face, Mitch! hehehe
Boy is this ever yummy!
Mine is almost all gone! Do you want yours or can I have it?
Can we do this again tomorrow, mom?!
We were at Tank's blog and he was playing the name game and we thought that might be fun so we decided to tell you all how we got our names!
Dad actually named me! Mom wanted to name me Winnie after Winnie the Pooh but dad didn't like that! So Maggie was settled on! Actually, my registered name is MagapeeBriddleBritt! Yup, that's dad for ya! AKC wanted it to be different and it sure is!
When dad bought Mitch, he came with the name Ruger! ewwwwwwwwwwwwww
Mom always said that if she ever had a boy Airedale his name would be Mitch, after Mitch Miller, who had a cute little goatee!
So mom got her Mitch and dad has his Maggie and we are very lucky pups!
So until next time..................
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
You are, indeed, lucky pups! Our mom had to laugh about Mitch Miller! When she was in high school, there was a boy who sat in front of her, and he used to pretend he was Mitch Miller conducting an orchestra. Mom laughed so hard that she almost got thrown out of class.

Oh yes, I prefer Maggie and Mitch to Winnie and Ruger. Good choices on names!
ReplyDeleteI do see the resemblance to Mitch Miller, especially in profile! It's been perfect weather here for ice cream, but I just keep getting frostypaws... Bet the real tuff (yogurt, sherbert, sorbet, or ice cream, I'd take any!) is better. You lucky ducks, you!!
ReplyDeleteSnorts-

On summer time, those yogurt cones are great!
ReplyDeleteWe get yogurt before bed every night. A long time ago one of mom's dogs decided that strawberry was the best flavor, so that's what we get, but last week the store was out of strawberry so we had banana and peach. They were tasty, too.
ReplyDeleteMom chose the names for all eight puppies in our litter. She had a lot of fun selecting them she says we've all grown into our names, whatever that means.
Hi Maggie and Mitch,
