I'm Supervising

I'm the head supervisor at Crump's barn these days.  Dad is installing 2 bathrooms and I need to make sure that it's done correctly.
This is the bathroom on the first floor.  The plumbing works!
How do you like the sink that I picked out?  Very masculine, huh!
 The other bathroom is upstairs.
Come on up~
 This bathroom is larger.
 It even has a shower!
Don't go getting any ideas about any bathing for Mitchy, dad!
This is the medicine chest waiting to be hung.
Who's the doggie in the mirror?

When we got back home, we discovered that the brown UPS truck left me a box on the back porch.
Mom bought me tripe!   A whole case of it!
That's a nice reward for a hard-working supervisor.  Thanks, mom!

On Tuesday, we got another wonderful and very touching gift in the mail from our friends, Penny, Velcro, Ceilidh, Jack Sparrow, Blossom, Skye, angel Kodak, angel 3 Perf and angel Winston.
A tree will be planted in memory of My Maggie. What an incredibly thoughtful gift, guys. Thank you so very much!
I also wanted to thank all of you who voted for My Maggie in the Too Darn Cute category.    She won the Reader's Choice award at Mango Minster 2012!  I just know that she's celebrating with all of her friends at the Rainbow Bridge and I just know they'll be having pizza and ice cream!  Thank you, thank you!

So until next time.......

Love ya lots,
Mitch

  2. Mitch, thank dogness you are there to snoopervise. These humans can't be trusted with plumbing!
We would be horrifed it there was any mention of bathing you. A smelly dog is a great dog in our book.
What a thoughtful gift for Maggie and we are so glad she won in the Mango contest - she was truly the cutest.
We are hoping that by now she has met up with our Harry at Rainbow Bridge, he was a great one for taking off on a sniffing adventure.
We feel sure Maggie will be one for joining in with all the fun.
    Much love

  22. How neat Maggie won. We're happy for all of you.

    Great supervising job.

We hope you and others using word verification will turn it off and use the blgger spam filter, which is very good. Now that Blogger has made a change, there is one word and one illegible non-word, which can't usually even be figured out with a magnifying glass. And their audio? All we can hear is background noise and mumbling. So we'll be lucky if we can post this in half a dozen tries.

  35. Look at you, handsome Mitch! No wonder you can't help but gaze at yourself in that mirror. There you were, all supervisory and sensible, then you passed the mirror... well helloooo handsome.....
How wonderful that Maggie is still leading the way on cuteness. She needs to whisper in Mitch's ear that icecream in the beard is much cuter than tripe juice. :)

  43. I am so happy that Maggie won Reader's Choice for Too Darn Cute. She was too darn cute!

I'm wondering if the bathrooms have dog toilets? Shouldn't they have those so you don't have to go out in the freezing cold? Our dogs are clamoring for indoor canine toilets :)
