The sad part of it is that he's away in Rhode Island for the week and won't be home until Friday night. Mitch and I bought him what we think is the perfect gift! We had one of dad's favorite paintings of Mitch put on a t-shirt!
So next week when dad is back in Rhode Island for the second week in a row, he won't miss us too much because Mitch will be right there with him the whole time!
We wrapped it up and we still have to make him a card, Mitch, and then we'll be all set for him to drive in on Friday!hummmmmmmmmmm, what to do about the EATS! I'm thinking of the Glenwood for a hamburger and fries! Are you thinking the same thing I'm thinking, Mitch?
But we'll have to wait to celebrate unless mom agrees to take us to Glenwood so we can get the pawty started and then we'll just go again with dad the next time! What do you think of that plan? Brilliant, right?!
