Wheelie Wednesday - Dad's Back From Maine

Hi everyone! It's me, Autumn!
Dad is back from Maine and he came home bearing many gifts for mom! Mom wasn't expecting anything so this was a nice surprise!
There's a place that dad and his buddies go to every year called Liberty Tool and they all seem to love it there. One year, dad brought mom home two t-shirts and she's worn them until they have holes in the armpits. She just loves them!
Mom now has four new t-shirts from Liberty Tool!
One of them has hummingbirds on both the front and the back of the shirt and another one has Lupines growing across the front of it! Mom just LOVES Lupines! This one is all wildflowers! And this one is Dogwood blossoms and bumblebees and apples! Dad must have been missing you, Mitch! This t-shirt is actually a darker yellow and it's being modeled by the lovely Miss Maggie! It has gorgeous colorful tulips on it!Dad also brought back a bronze Airedale door stop! How perfect is this?!He also brought mom back a project. It's an antique trunk and it needs to be sanded and cleaned up and then oiled to bring out the beauty of the wood! Mom has already gotten started on it so we'll have to show it to you when she's all finished! We're sure glad to have our dad back home with us! We missed him!
Thank you so much for all of the wonderful Maine gifts, dad!

See you all next Wednesday!

Love,
Autumn

  1. Hi Autumn
What great presents from Maine - so perfect for your mom.
We loved the T shirts - especially the tulips!
Your mom will be able to do the gardening now and just blend in with all the other flowers.
The antique trunk looks stunning and should come up beautifully.
What will you keep in there mom?
The airedale door stop was very cute - we like door stops as it we hate closed doors!!!!
We would be sending Dad away more often when he comes back with all those lovely gifts.
    Welcome home Dad.

  2. Sounds like your Dad had a great time in Maine. Is Liberty Tool a shop? Our Dad LOVES tool shops.
Those T-shirts are just beautiful! We love the one Maggie is modelling, and Mitch looks great in the one with all the fruit! Knowing your Mum she'll make a great job of that lovely wooden chest. Can't wait to see it when it's finished.

  3. OMD! Your dad sure knows how to shop! All your mom's t-shirts are beautiful! We have a trunk in our basement that looks an awful lot like yours. Our mom would refinish it, but it's so heavy that she would have to hire some peoples to move it! We can't wait to see yours when it's all done!
