Mom took me outside early this morning for business in our snow dusting that we got yesterday.
We took a walk around the house to the back yard and she gave me the sad news that it's too blustery and cold to play outside today, Duke. For a short romp, you would need to wear a coat and your boots, which don't seem to stay on your feets. Mom gave me Molly's mailman, which she never had an interest in. A new toy is always welcome☺Happy Tuesday!
Love ya lots♥

ReplyDeleteIndoor fetch and frolic will have to suffice, Duke dear... can't have your pawsies sealing to the earth with the ice! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Duke you surely don't want frosty paws...well at least not in the winter...frosty paws make a wonderful summer snack another new first for you
ReplyDeletethank you for the lovely wishes
love you lots
Cecilia
It's super cold with wind making it feel even colder here too, Duke. We're sure you can find enough to entertain yourself with indoors. Maybe rip that mailman to pieces. BOL!
ReplyDeleteIt's cold and windy here this morning, but the sun is shining. I'm happy about the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteA new toy is always welcome.
I linked this post to Happy Tuesday.
Have a woof woof day and week, Duke. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥
We're sorry it's too cold to play outside, Duke. I'm not really fond of "weather". #1 always tells me that my predecessor, Tommy, was always ready to go out to play with his ball or frisbee whatever the weather!
ReplyDeleteWoofs,
Ollie
The collies want to be outside too. But it’s just too cold for me!
ReplyDeleteMaybe this weekend will bring you some SNOW..

The only fun to be had today is inside under a blanket with the heat on
ReplyDeleteWe are fortunate to have a fenced in yard so we can play in the cold and the snow. But Mom says it will be days before she can walk us safely. A fun toy always helps, doesn't it?

Hopefully some warm will show up for you soon Dandy Duke!
ReplyDeleteThat is a bummer. If only you had a fenced yard you could go out and romp around without a coat and boots and come back in when you were ready.
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Ayyy, a mailman you can squeak? Sign me up for that! I'd rather play with that than go outside in the cold!"
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Cold means nothing to me and my Malamute/Siberian furs!"
Staying home warm with Mom is a comfy kind of blessing, I hope the temperature gets kind soon. Molly's mailman and the mailman who delivers to your mailbox, which one you like better?😆
ReplyDeleteKeep warm and safe,
Julia
When the weather is bad it is best to stay in and keep warm and especially when you get a new toy to play with. Hugs & Love, Susie & Coco xx
