Life On A Leash

Mom got an email a few days ago and we were offered a free movie to watch! The movie is called, "Life on a Leash" and all we had to do was send this nice lady our snail mail address and she would send us the DVD to watch and report on!

It arrived a couple of days ago! We tried to get mom and dad to make some popcorn to go with the movie but they didn't buy the idea! Bummer!

This is our buddy, Kong! Isn't he handsome! Mitch and I actually thought that the movie was too focused on the hoomans and not on the dogs! Kong did meet up with a Border Collie friend who looked just like our buddies, Fenway and Holly and Zac so that part of the movie was really fun and interesting!

Then the unthinkable happened! Mom looked over at Mitch and he was out like a light! And she glanced down at me and I had my paw over my ears!

Mom and dad definitely got more out of this movie than we did! Stella, the star of the movie, wanted a life and what she got was a dog! A giant stray dog, named Kong, appeared out of nowhere and adopted her. Mom and dad thought the movie brought out lots of different emotions. It was funky in lots of spots and humorous from time to time. It was an okay movie!

If anyone would like to see it, let us know and we'll mail the DVD to you so you can watch it too!

BTW, the Italian pastries are now all gone and guess who didn't get any?! Yup, you guessed right!

So until next time..............

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

  3. Hey, Maggsie & MitchMan!

What is UP with your mama and those pastries?! There were obviously enough of them for you to at least get a nibble. Your mama must have REALLY loved those things not to share with you. Usually she shares very well with others.

Sorry you didn't like the movie. Like most movies I've seen, it's a little too anthrocentric. Hoomans just don't get it sometimes.

    Goober love & smooches,
    Stanley

  8. That is what H-Mom does any time Man-dad puts in a movie. And he keeps saying "are you SLEEPING?" and disturbing her ... so now she lays with a pillow over her face and turning away from him so she can snooze on the sly. Like that FOOLS anyone.

You can't watch a movie without popcorn!
