Stocking Winners

Congratulations to Penny, Poppy and Patches and Mona and her Mommy and Woodstock and Asta!

You all guessed right on Mitch's favorite fruit! Yes, it's the apple! He is VERY nutty about them!

And my most dreaded fruit - really my most dreaded food in the whole wide world is that nasty yellow lemon! YUK! BTW, Gussie - Mitch LOVES lemons as well as apples! Isn't he a complete sicko?! They're so sour and nasty! Why were they even invented?!

Who else out there likes lemons?

You gotta read this cute poem that our buddy, Dewey Dewster wrote to us:

It's apples 'n lemons....that answer is true.

Here's hopin' that Mitch gets more than a few...

But as fer the lemons, to that we'll we say nay...

N hope that instead, ice cream comes yer way....

Thank's Dewey! We love it!! I knew I had a true friend in you! You're an awesome poet, by the way!

Autumn and mom will be wrapping up your stockings and mailing them off to the first four winners! Thank you everyone for guessing along! Mitch and I are thinking that you all know us pretty darn well! We'll make sure that mom keeps on knitting more stockings!

So until next time...............

Love ya lots,

Maggie and Mitch

  1. Woohoo! We won! We are sooooo excited! We can't wait to see our stocking! Your mom is sooooo talented!

We can't figure out why lemons were invented either! Penny and I, Poppy, will eat a lemon Skittles once in a while, but Patches turns up her nose every time!

    Aire-hugs,
    Poppy, Penny & Patches

  3. Yippee,

Finally I won something!! I am honored. The Mommy loves lemons, she used to eat them like oranges but her dentist told her they are bad for her teeth.

WE haven't been able to visit too much cause the Mommy has been busy spending so much time picking doggis. She tried to pick dogggies we've never meet.

Can your Mommy e-mail me a picture of you and Mitch together for my brother/sister post?

    Love...Mona

  9. the long picture on the right side of your blog is gorgeous. it would look amazing as a custom wrap. Like 6 ft tall by 2 ft wide. That would be a great and unique piece of art. there are several companies that do the custom size.
