Today's color is sage!
We're growing sage in our garden and mom does harvest some of the leaves to dry them for her spice chest.
The lids on the jars of these McCormick spices are sage!
The silk flowers in between these pottery houses are sage!
Next week's color is RAINBOW!
So until next time.................
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Mmmmmh .... sage. I once rested my head on a sage pillow. That's good looking sage you have there in your garden!

Great job on the sage color! We can't think of a single thing, in our house, that is sage. Oh yeah, I think we do have a few of those same spices!

I had trouble finding sage in my house. I could have used the spice lids, I have plenty of those. Love the sage plant. My mother always made sage dressing with our Thanksgiving dinner. It was really tasty. She could grow herbs. She had a really green thumb. Sadly, mine is more on the dark brown to black side. ;(
ReplyDeleteWe've got sage in our garden too. It's a dark kind of green, I reckon, kind of greyish.
ReplyDeleteAll of a sudden we are thinking about turkey and dressing!YUM!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! That sage in your garden is pawfect!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever fried sage leaves, in a pan of olive oil till crisp, and then sprinkled with salt?
ReplyDeletePretty yummy...also works with tomato leaves, but the sage leaves are really tasty!

I used to love having sage in the garden. It smelled so nice when I brushed past it. Now I've given up on gardening. I have too many helpers.

Great sage colors, and plants, at your house. We poked around a bit but the only color sage we could find at our place was something growing in the fridge but I don't think Mom wants to share that with anyone. Ugh.
